(અનિશ્ચિત આર્ટીકલ 'a' અને 'an')
🌻 Indefinite Articles તરીકે ‘a’ અને ‘an' નો ઉપયોગ કરવામાં આવે છે. સામાન્ય રીતે ગણી શકાય તેવા જાતિવાચક નામ (common noun) ની આગળ આર્ટીકલ ‘a’ અથવા ‘an’ વપરાય છે.
🌻 સામાન્ય રીતે એકવચન જાતિવાચક નામની આગળ આ આર્ટીકલ્સ વપરાય છે. બહુવચન નામની આગળ આર્ટીકલ ‘a’ કે ‘an’ વપરાતાં નથી.
Indefinite Articles ના ઉપયોગો:-
(i) કોઈપણ એકવચન નામની આગળ એક (one) શબ્દનો ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે.
(ii) કોઈ અજાણી બાબત પ્રથમ વખત દર્શાવવા માટે.
